We are a multidisciplinary team legal services nonprofit.
We Bring Accountability
Sexual abuse, sexual harassment, grooming, and spiritual abuse should not be happening in the church.
- We are a victim-first legal services nonprofit. We can facilitate a minimum of three forms of accountability.
- 1 - Civil Legal Process
- 2 - Criminal Legal Process
- 3 - Extra-Judicial Process
- Based on a biblical framework, we may deem someone unfit for public ministry if the evidence is clear.
- Extra-judicial reports may include:
- 1 - Named and unnamed affidavits of victim testimonies.
- 2 - Known evidence.
- 3 - Public recommendations of unfit for ministry based on known evidence
- We are building a publicly accessible database for Clergy Abusers. People should know if their church leader has a track record of grooming, sexual abuse, and spiritual abuse.
We Bring Restoration
- Victims Need:
- Absolute trust in the stewardship of their voice.
- Highest and best privacy (attorney-client privilege).
- Resources - Programs - Therapy
- One unified organization to consolidate their care and justice. No other organization holds the victim's hands and walks alongside them throughout the process.
- Funding to bring perpetrators to justice (donor-supported justice).
- The Church Needs:
- To restore purity and holiness in church; the public needs extra-judicial reports.

- The Public Needs:
- Transparency
- Outlets of truth and justice
- A place for victims to go
- The Church Needs:
- Prevention education from A-Z on victim-first advocacy.
- A Biblical framework and discussions.
- A clear accountability process.
